Overview

Copywriters of the FUEL team are social-first culture enthusiasts. They come to us with a deep well of passion for their chosen path and the raw talent to be great. They are prolific. And use this time in their career to really hone the foundation of their talent. They are ready and willing to learn from their mentors, they want desperately to get better and better.

They are resilient and persistent, always finding a way to adjust their work to ACD, CD, and client feedback–all while maintaining their own voice, taste level, and creative standards. They bring interesting, new ideas to the table every day and have their finger on the pulse of culture - specifically social media trends.

• Talent to inspire clients and team members with great written craft and storytelling.
• Ability to write for multiple voices and platforms.
• Gain a thorough understanding of the client’s business and industry.
• Develop creative strategies and ideas that are culturally relevant.
• Develop original written concepts.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a larger team in a fast-paced environment.
• Own projects through revisions and versions.
• Good client presentation skills demonstrating a clear vision of how the work addresses the client's challenge.
• Desire to take on new challenges, grow and learn every day.

• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and provide marketable solutions in conceiving, developing, and producing tactics.
• Bachelor's degree or industry equivalent years of experience required.
• 1+ years preferred related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
