Job Overview
Lend Nation is looking for an energetic, bilingual, positive Full Time Customer Service Representative to join our team! This entry‑level position offers great potential for the right candidate. The role will be located at Store 3235, 5358 Independence Ave, Kansas City, MO 64124.
Responsibilities- Complete cash transactions for customers
- Initiate customer loans
- Contact customers about past‑due payments
- Work rotating shifts and some Saturdays;
Sundays off
- Excellent customer service skills
- Cash handling experience
- Ability to operate computers and standard office equipment (preferred)
- Safe, secure, reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and maintained auto insurance
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Reliable attendance (essential)
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Proof of eligibility to legally work in the United States
