What Youll Be Doing as a Call Center Advisor:
  • Answer inbound calls from customers and provide clear, friendly, and helpful assistance

  • Log call details accurately into our system and follow up where needed
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
  • Stay up to date on products, services, and internal processes to deliver top-notch support
  • Meet individual performance targets while contributing to a positive, team-focused culture
What Were Looking For :
  • A clear, confident, and warm phone manner
  • Great listening and communication skills you know how to make people feel understood
  • The ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • A problem-solver who can think on their feet and adapt to different situations
  • Comfortable using computers and navigating customer service software
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is helpful but not required we provide full training!
