As a Customer Experience Ambassador
, you'll be at the heart of creating an exceptional experience for everyone who walks through our doors. You’ll be our welcoming presence, offering a warm smile, helpful information, and ensuring everyone feels like they’re in a safe, healing environment.

• Greet patients, visitors, and staff with warmth, confidence, and kindness, ensuring top‑notch service.
• Manage the flow at key entrances and specialty areas, maintaining safety and visitor compliance.
• Collaborate with clinical staff, security, and admissions to keep the hospital running smoothly.
• Use critical thinking to solve disruptions and smooth operations quickly.
• Maintain cleanliness, security, and sanitation procedures to keep everyone safe.
• Share information about TMC/UH programs, people, and accomplishments with guests.
• Identify opportunities to elevate the patient experience and provide actionable feedback.

• Positive, outgoing personality that enjoys interacting with people.
• At least 2–3 years of customer service experience (healthcare preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in person, on phone, and via email.
• Adaptability – willing to work varied shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Comfort with computers and technology.
• High school diploma or equivalent (behavioral sciences background a plus).
