Job OverviewAs an Associate Banker, you will represent our brand and culture with the utmost hospitality, using the latest banking solutions and cutting‑edge financial technology combined with friendly and attentive service. Your role will significantly contribute to the branch’s success by delivering exceptional client experiences and building trusted relationships.
Responsibilities- Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, checking them into the waiting queue, and scheduling or canceling client meetings.
- Exceed client expectations while assisting with day‑to‑day transactions, opening new accounts, and ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Educate clients on self‑service technology options such as the Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge.
- Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies.
- Ability to put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
- Ability to build trusted relationships and demonstrate genuine care.
- Ability to engage clients, communicate clearly, and anticipate their needs.
- Ability to resolve client issues quickly and accurately.
- Ability to quickly learn products, services, and procedures.
- Client service experience or comparable experience.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong desire to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology solutions.
- Cash handling experience.
