Apartment Leasing Specialist - Dual Site

Peterson Properties, Inc is seeking a full-time apartment leasing specialist to join the team in Kansas City, MO
. The dual-site leasing specialist will move between The Lakes Apartments and Wilshire Apartments. We are looking for a dependable, energetic, and motivated individual who enjoys working with people and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service.

In this role, you will be an important part of creating a positive experience for both prospective and current residents. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, organized, comfortable communicating with a variety of people, and motivated to help our community reach its leasing and resident-retention goals.

Requirements

• Previous leasing experience is required.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Reliable transportation and commitment to a 40-hour work week is required.
• Rent Cafe/Yardi experience is a plus.

Compensation based on experience.
