We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused

  Experience:
  
  Deliver friendly, professional service over the phone from the first call to final follow-up.
• Scheduling & Dispatching: Book service calls, assign technicians, and maintain an optimized daily schedule.
• Technician Liaison: Serve as the go-to office contact for your assigned group of techs—ensuring they have what they need and stay in the loop.
• Follow-Up Calls: Conduct "happy calls" after service and handle any needed follow-up communications.
• Timesheet Management: Collect, review, and submit accurate technician timesheets.
• Invoicing: Prepare and send invoices through Service Titan (ST) and 3rd-party platforms. Ensure all job details and billing information are accurate and complete.
• Payment Collection: Collect payments over the phone and log transactions properly.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Comfort with dispatching software, CRMs, or platforms like Service Titan (or similar)
• Experience in customer service, scheduling, or service industry support
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and a proactive work ethic

North Kansas City Office

$20+ per hour , depending on experience
