Overview
Do you excel at communication and coordination of multidisciplinary teams? Do you thrive in creating organization for designers and architects? We are looking for a project manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience who is nimble and experienced in leading, organizing, and collaborating with teams large and small. The ideal candidate will adapt the design and construction process to a variety of client types and sizes while maintaining a consistent level of service and communication.
Past experience working with developer and multi-family/mixed-use projects is a plus. A professional degree in architecture, interior design, engineering, or construction management is required.
- Estimates fees, determines scopes of work, and prepares proposals and contracts on projects of varying scales and complexity
- Develops strategic project staffing plans to meet project schedule and budget and allow projects to thrive
- Actively manages client budgets, schedules and programs
- Serves as primary point of contact with clients to complete projects on schedule, within budget, and with maximum client satisfaction
- Handles communication with consultant partners when collecting fee proposals, scopes of work, and coordinates receipt of drawings and deliverables during all project phases
- Minimum of 5 years experience in project management or a closely related field
- Professional degree in architecture, interior design, engineering, or construction management
- Ability to adapt the design and construction process for a variety of client types and sizes while maintaining service and communication
- Experience with developer and multi-family/mixed-use projects is a plus
