STAGE - Administrative Assistant – Production Department

** Production Assistant (Segreteria di Produzione)
** La risorsa selezionata sarà inserita nel reparto di produzione interno di Havas:
** Prose on Pixel
** e si occuperà di seguire la parte amministrativa del reparto interfacciandosi con il reparto contabilità del Village.

Supporterà il team in tutte le attività organizzative, tecniche, amministrative e logistiche di produzione.
** Più nello specifico si occuperà di**:
* Gestione dei fornitori: ordini d’acquisto, contratti, pagamenti e fatture;
* Raccolta e gestione dei preventivi interni e dei fornitori;
* Supporto nella gestione delle note spese e delle trasferte;
* Coordinamento con il reparto contabilità per la corretta registrazione dei documenti;
* Organizzazione delle attività logistiche legate alla produzione.
** Si richiede:
*** Laurea e/o diploma in discipline umanistiche
* Esperienza, anche breve, maturata nel ruolo e in attività segretariali/amministrative
* Conoscenza flussi fatturazione e contabilità
* Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese
* Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto office (Excel)
* Precisione e ottime competenze organizzative

Completano il profilo ottima predisposizione al lavoro in team, proattività, capacità di problem solving e passione per il mondo dell’audio visivo.

** Inserimento in stage: I nostri percorsi hanno durata di 12 mesi con un percorso 6 + 6:  6 mesi 500€ + 140€ buoni pasto  6 mesi 800€ + 140€ buoni pasto  I 12 mesi sono percorsi pensati per dare formazione completa e raggiungimento autonomia alle risorse inserite, necessarie per poter valutare eventuale inserimento a contratto al termine dello stage.
