Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to lead and manage all phases of architectural projects from concept through construction administration, with a particular focus on K-12 educational facilities. The role requires a dynamic individual who can serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring that project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work are successfully completed.

Responsibilities

* Lead and manage all phases of architectural projects from concept through construction administration.

* Serve as the primary client liaison to ensure completion of project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work.

* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to maintain design integrity and project delivery.

* Oversee project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.

* Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and standards.

* Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

* Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.

* Participate in client presentations, stakeholder meetings, and community engagement sessions.

Essential Skills

* Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).

* Licensed Architect preferred.

* 7+ years of architectural experience with a strong portfolio in K-12 and/or healthcare projects.

* Proven experience managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously.

* Strong knowledge of building codes, ADA, and educational facility standards.

* Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software.

* Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Work Environment

The work environment is dynamic and collaborative, utilizing modern design software such as Revit and AutoCAD. The successful candidate will engage in client presentations, stakeholder meetings, and community sessions, contributing to a positive and innovative workplace culture.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Kansas City, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $105000.00/yr.
