QPS is looking for a qualified candidate to fill a CAD Designer position within the Architecture and Engineering (A&E) department. This candidate will be responsible for completing lease exhibits, zoning drawings, and construction drawings.
Responsibilities- Completing drawings based on client requirements, field sketches, photos, and internet map images.
- Peer review of other designers’ drawings as part of a quality control process.
- Address drawing comments based on redlines from clients, project managers, engineers, and peer reviews.
- Keep files and materials in an orderly manner, following standards.
- Certification in CAD Design or Associates in CAD Design.
- Experience or knowledge of AutoCAD.
- General office skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
Base pay range: $20.00/yr - $23.00/yr
