Neurology Physician

HCA Midwest Health is seeking an outpatient only, general or fellowship trained neurologist, to join the neurosciences team.

Qualified Candidates:
Exclusive outpatient-only practice setting
Ability to practice in a subspecialty (epilepsy, movement disorders) in the context of a general neurology practice
Ability to serve in a leadership capacity approximately 20% of time, developing organization under a single governance structure
Experience working with outreach partners
Must be eligible for medical licensure in the state of Missouri
Board certified or board eligible in neurology
Full-time preferred, may consider part-time applicants

HCA Midwest Health Neurosciences:
HCA Midwest Health Neurosciences Service Line is comprised of four neurologists. The neurologists are vital to our care delivery team, focused exclusively in the outpatient setting, further enhanced by 6 advanced practice providers and a team of stroke coordinators. The service line also includes 14 neurosurgeons with a variety of subspecialty interests within the context of a general neurosurgery practice.

Our program, which encompasses the largest neurology market share in the Kansas City area, includes one comprehensive stroke center at Research Medical Center with four primary stroke centers positioned across the South Kansas City corridor.
As a member of the neurosciences team, you ll be joining HCA Midwest Health, the area's largest healthcare network & private-sector employer, with 150+ locations including hospitals, outpatient centers, physician clinics, ambulatory surgery centers, and an array of other services to meet the healthcare needs of the greater Kansas City area.
