Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking Board Certified Anesthesiologists for a locum tenens opportunity in Kansas City, MO . This position offers a Level 1 Trauma Center setting, high case volume, and a mix of supervision and direct care responsibilities in a 590-bed hospital with extensive surgical services .

Opportunity Details:

• Location: Kansas City, MO
• Contract Type: Anesthesiologist Locum Tenens
• Start Date: 90 days (Temps available for clean files)
• Shift Schedule:
• Weekends Only (Saturday/Sunday)
• Day or Night Shifts: 12-hour shifts (7:00am - 7:00pm) or (7:00pm - 7:00am)
• Practice Setting: Supervision Model

• Hospital Size: 590 beds
• Level 1 Trauma Center
• 52 ICU Beds & Level III NICU
• 17 Anesthetizing Sites
• EMR System: Meditech, Medaxion
• Travel & Lodging: Provided

Case Types:

• General Anesthesia
• Orthopedics
• Neurosurgery
• Trauma
• OB
• Pediatrics

• Out-of-OR Procedures: Cath Lab, GI, OB
• Ultrasound-Guided Regional Blocks
• Supervision of CRNAs (No medical direction)

Provider Requirements:

• Certification: ABA Board Certified Anesthesiologist
• Licensure: Active & Unrestricted MO State License & DEA
• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Labor Epidurals: Performed by Dedicated OB CRNA Team
