Part-Time Temporary Early Learning Supplemental Support

Description: Oversee tasks delegated to you by the Early Learning Program Manager and ensure projects are completed on time. You will need to be highly organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize tasks while working independently.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Proofread/edit documents using proper spelling, punctuation, grammar, and sentence structure.

Assist the Early Learning Program Manager in organizing and distributing Early Learning program resources to early learning program classrooms and ensuring needs are met at each location.

Assist the Early Learning Program Manager in marketing programs to community groups/members and other diverse stakeholders to increase awareness of Kansas City Public School Enrollment activities.

Other duties may be assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

None

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Current Kansas City Public Schools Pre-K employee

Experience with Kansas City Public Schools Pre-K documentation requirements

Ability to utilize Google Suites

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

This job requires that the employee be able to: sit, stand, walk, speak, hear, use hands, fingers, and reach with hands and fingers; bend, stoop, lift objects of at least ten pounds; visual ability requires mono and color vision. To lift a minimum of 10 pounds and be able to travel to various sites in the Kansas City metropolitan area to assist as directed by the Early Learning Program.
