- Teach music lessons according to Guitar Center Lessons curriculum.
- Increase student count and ensure students grow, develop, and enjoy music.
- Partner with Lessons Lead to schedule & retain student headcount.
- Assist with customer service to build long-term students.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Partner with students and families through frequent communication, building trust, and embracing parents’ knowledge.
- Communicate progress to students and parents.
- Share goals and progress frequently.
- Previous experience in Music, Education, or related field.
- Ability to teach instrument you are proficient in (Drums, Guitar, Keyboard, etc.).
- Skilled ability to demonstrate competency and proficiency in the area you will be teaching.
