• Teach music lessons according to Guitar Center Lessons curriculum.
• Increase student count and ensure students grow, develop, and enjoy music.
• Partner with Lessons Lead to schedule & retain student headcount.
• Assist with customer service to build long-term students.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• Partner with students and families through frequent communication, building trust, and embracing parents’ knowledge.
• Communicate progress to students and parents.
• Share goals and progress frequently.

• Previous experience in Music, Education, or related field.
• Ability to teach instrument you are proficient in (Drums, Guitar, Keyboard, etc.).
• Skilled ability to demonstrate competency and proficiency in the area you will be teaching.
