- Stakeholder Partnership & Alignment

- Develop and maintain learning plans that align with overall change strategies, communication plans, and engagement activities.
- Training Logistics Management
- Coordinate and manage logistics for training design, preparation, scheduling, delivery, and post-training assessment to ensure seamless execution.
- Content Governance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and standardization of all learning materials, maintaining alignment with messaging, change approach, and user experience standards.
- Learning Content Development
- Design and develop clear, audience‑focused learning materials across formats such as presentations, visual guides, videos, and digital assets.
- Training Delivery Model Selection
- Determine and apply the most effective delivery methods, including microlearning, virtual sessions, face‑to‑face workshops, and self‑paced learning.
- Change‑Based Learning Engagement
- Integrate change management models such as ADKAR or transition frameworks to support knowledge transfer and behavioral adoption.
- Content Review & Maintenance
- Regularly review and update learning content to ensure relevance, accuracy, and alignment with evolving tools, processes, and user needs.
- Training Effectiveness Measurement
- Define and implement evaluation methods to measure learning effectiveness, adoption levels, and impact on performance.
- Analyze evaluation results and feedback to recommend improvements and continuously optimize learning programs and change enablement activities.
- Learning Effectiveness Design
- Design learning experiences grounded in adult learning principles to maximize engagement, comprehension, and practical skill application.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
- Proven ability to build strong relationships, collaborate across diverse teams, and engage employees, contractors, and external partners effectively.
- Executive‑Level Communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex or new concepts at all organizational levels.
- Facilitation & Co‑Creation Expertise
- Demonstrated expertise in meeting facilitation and collaborative co‑creation, guiding groups toward shared outcomes and decisions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and proactively anticipate needs.
- Business Partnering & Consulting
- Experience acting as a trusted partner and consultant to identify client needs and build sustainable, value‑driven relationships.
- Solid understanding of emerging technologies and the ability to translate technical concepts into user‑friendly learning and communications.
- Change & Instructional Design Knowledge
- Hands‑on experience with change management practices and instructional design methodologies applied in organizational contexts.
