• Ability to interact with students of all ages and skill levels with an understanding of the social, emotional, and creative needs of young children
• High integrity, competent, confident and coachable
• Excellent communication, good listening, follow-up and problem-solving skills, including high coping capabilities
• High School diploma
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations
• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time; and able to kneel or squat
