Primary Responsibilities
- Discipleship Oversight:
Lead and manage the church’s discipleship strategies, including small groups, youth ministry, the “Every Member Discipleship” initiative, and organizational training courses. - Ministry Operations:
Provide executive-level oversight to ensure all church ministries and annual rhythms remain aligned with the organizational mission and vision. - Preaching & Teaching:
Preach 4 to 12 times per year, with additional teaching responsibilities based on ministry needs. - Pastoral Care:
Share in the general pastoral care and counseling of the congregation alongside the elder team and other full-time staff. - Strategic
Collaboration:
Work closely with the elder team, deacon team, and church administrator to evaluate ministry progress, navigate challenges, and develop long-term strategies for organizational growth.
