The YMCA of Greater Kansas City is seeking a Y Achievers Coordinator to guide teens toward college and career goals. You will plan sessions, recruit and support teen participants and volunteer mentors, and partner with schools, colleges, and local businesses to create a supportive path for youth.
This part-time, grant-funded role runs about 25 hours weekly, with some evenings and weekends. You will foster a welcoming space, help teens grow in confidence, and contribute to program growth.
