• Create and implement engaging educational activities that foster children's growth and learning.
• Ensure a safe, hygienic, and secure environment that aligns with our standards and local regulations.
• Collaborate with families to build a supportive school community through monthly activities.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of each child.
• Encourage children's social and emotional development through positive reinforcement and guidance.

• CDA, AA, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• ~1 year or more in a professional education setting.
• ~ Medical exam/TB required.
• ~ Full-time position.

Steeplechase Academy is a modified-Montessori private preschool and elementary school that blends the child-centered philosophy of Montessori education with the structure and enrichment of a traditional academic program.
