The Crossing Church is seeking a full-time Youth Pastor to oversee Youth Crossing ministry for 6th–12th graders at our Mid Rivers Campus. The role includes leading weekly gatherings, events, outreach, and volunteer development while modeling pastoral leadership.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of vocational ministry, strong relational skills, and a heart for students and spiritual growth within a multi-site church community.
