Summary:

** The Solar Operations Engineer is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, reliability, and efficiency of solar power systems. This role involves monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar installations, conducting performance analyses, and implementing improvements. The Solar Operations Engineer collaborates with technical teams, site managers and maintenance suppliers to ensure seamless operations and maximum energy production.##

**** System Monitoring and Performance Analysis:
*** Continuously monitor solar power systems using SCADA or other monitoring tools.
* Analyze performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
* Generate detailed performance reports for internal teams and clients.
** Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
*** Conduct regular preventive maintenance on solar installations to ensure optimal performance.
* Diagnose and resolve operational issues, including inverter failures, communication problems, and module defects.
* Coordinate with field technicians to perform corrective maintenance and repairs.
** System Optimization:
*** Implement performance enhancement measures based on data analysis and industry best practices.
* Recommend and apply upgrades to hardware and software components.
