• Minimum 6 months experience in EH&S, safety, compliance, or warehouse safety support
• Ability to work 8, 10, or 12-hour night shifts
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, workplace safety practices, and hazard identification
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to complete reports, inspections, and documentation accurately
• Comfortable using computers, safety management systems, and digital reporting tools
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, and conduct floor audits throughout the shift
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed (PPE, safety supplies, materials)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Able to follow and enforce written and verbal safety procedures

• Support daily Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) programs within the facility
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and observations on the warehouse floor
• Assist with incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions
• Monitor employee compliance with OSHA, company, and site-specific safety policies
• Deliver or support safety training, orientations, and toolbox talks
• Maintain accurate EH&S documentation, logs, and records
• Promote a culture of safety through coaching and engagement
• Work closely with operations and leadership teams
• Warehouse environment may be hot or cold
