We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative Project Clarifier to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they exceed expectations, meet safety and quality standards, and deliver exceptional results. This is an exciting opportunity to lead with impact, problem-solve with creativity, and foster meaningful relationships with builders, peers, and suppliers.

As a Project Clarifier, you’ll play a key role in managing and clarifying builder orders, preparing detailed project descriptions, and supporting the Engineering team with detailing responsibilities. You’ll help ensure projects meet safety, quality, and performance standards while fostering strong relationships with builders, peers, and suppliers.

• Clarify builder orders for completeness, accuracy, and optimization which includes communicating with external customers.
• Work with the Engineering team to coordinate activities in Vision model throughout the engineering process.
• Provide technical expertise to customers.
• Focus on continuous improvement, cost reduction, quality, and safety while supporting and engaging in a collaborative work environment.

• Have 2 years of experience in the metal building industry.
• Are detail‑oriented and comfortable with technical documentation and project coordination.
• Enjoy working in a hybrid setting and contributing to a high-performing team.
