• Develop engineering calculations from first principles when templates are unavailable.
• Create construction drawing packages and write specifications for projects of limited complexity under supervision.
• Support construction activities including RFI responses, submittal reviews, punch list development and progress reporting.
• Participate in squad checks to ensure coordinated, high‑quality deliverables.
• Mentor Designer I staff in translating engineering designs into Revit models.
• Contribute to advanced deliverables such as:
  • Basis of Design reports
  • Hazardous Material Summaries
  • Water/Waste Balances
  • Heat Transfer Calculations
  • Simulation Output Analysis
  • Process Descriptions
  • Equipment and Hygienic Piping Specifications
  • Room Cards

• ABET‑accredited Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Bioprocess Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or design firm setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and local building codes.

• Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam registration or completion.
• High proficiency in engineering calculations related to fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and material/energy balances.
• Experience conducting field surveys and resolving field issues.
• Ability to lead and interface with clients and external partners.
• Proficiency in cross‑discipline coordination and collaboration with vendors and construction partners.
• Skilled in 2D/3D design platforms (AutoCAD, Revit).
• Programming proficiency is a plus.
