Job DescriptionAs the On‑Site BIM Manager for a data centre project, you will collaborate with the BIM team to maintain accurate Revit and CAD files and serve as the site‑level contact for BIM content review, approval, management, and maintenance. Your responsibilities include:
- Coordinating the delivery of all handover content for data centre projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Providing document & project closeout support and coordinating content for construction and operation.
- Acting as the site representative for the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), overseeing day‑to‑day document maintenance, conducting QA/QC checks, and ensuring compliance with client standards to meet project deadlines.
- Collaborating with others.

- Ability to contribute and work well on a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other relevant software tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in BIM management, document control, and project coordination within the construction or engineering industry.
- Excellent project‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work well within a team.
- Detail‑oriented mindset focused on delivering high‑quality work and continuous improvement.
