As part of our Manufacturing team, you’ll help build the world-class, state-of-the-art smart vehicles we're known for. You'll get the satisfaction of making great products people use and  this position...We’re seeking a diligent, detail-driven professional to provide vital expertise in support of our manufacturing process engineering activities, specifically within electrical subsystems that go into our F-150 model.

We’re looking to optimize our efforts in safety, quality, and productivity. This involves applying engineering principles and analytical techniques to advance continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and products.

You'll have...Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial or Mechanical preferred)3+ years' Automotive Manufacturing Engineering experience3+ years' experience w/tooling, processes, and facilities3+ years' CAD experience

Our preferred requirements:

Solid understanding of statistics (control charts, data collecting, etc.)Knowledge in one or more of the following Ford software systems: AVBOM, WERS, GSPAS/APT, Teamcenter, AIM, CPARSExperience in one or more of the following:
Interior, Exterior, Chassis, Powertrain, Electrical, Water test, End of Line Error proofing experience

Demonstrated product launch experience and issue resolution capability.

Strong Problem-solving skills

Ability to work well with cross functional teams to develop consensus.

Proven experience in manufacturing, including CAD design and tooling design.

Previous project management experience.

Prototype design and development experience.

Experience working with Tier 1
