Environmental Compliance & Protection
- Conduct asbestos and lead-based paint surveys.
- Provide asbestos and lead-based paint abatement oversight and air monitoring.
- Prepare reports (including Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments and hazardous materials surveys), Quality Assurance Project Plans (QAPPs), Sampling and Analysis Plans (SAPs), Analyses of Brownfields Cleanup Alternatives (ABCAs), and Remedial Action Plans (RAPs)
- Collect soil, groundwater, surface water, and indoor air samples.
- Interpret sample data and prepare data summary reports.
- Conduct Phase I Environmental Site Assessments.
- Communicate and interact with project clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Oversee and manage subcontractors during site assessment, excavation, and other remedial activities.
- BA or BS in Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, Geology, or Engineering
- 2-5 years of environmental consulting experience analyzing hazardous material (soil, groundwater, air, etc)
- 40 hour HAZWOPER + 8 hour refresher if needed
- Asbestos Inspector certificateLBP Inspector certificate - flexibility here
- Experience with compliance work, including permitting or reporting
- Extensive report writing experience
- Project management experience
