Base pay range$17.00/hr - $19.00/hr
ATI is assisting a great client in hiring a Client Relations Specialist to join their team based in the greater KC Metro.
The Client Relations Specialist is the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the title and escrow process. This role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as liaison between clients and internal teams.
- Provide timely updates and resolve client concerns.
- Monitor transaction progress and ensure on-time closings.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Support business development through relationship building.
Requirements:
- 1+ years in customer service; title, escrow, or real estate experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of title/escrow processes is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
