Accurately and promptly count all casino funds from slot machines, bill validators, change machines, and table games boxes. Promote the L.U.C.K.Y culture through actions and positive attitude.
Responsibilities:- Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude toward all external and internal guests at all times.
- Collect money collection cans from all assigned slot machines, bill validators, change machines, and/or table games boxes, and replace with empty cans.
- At all times, maintain control of all casino assets.
- Follow all procedures for collection, counting, and asset security at all times.
- Transport assets to count room.
- Count all money collected from the gaming floor.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation timely, accurately, and legibly.
- Have complete knowledge of all casino events and promotional activities.
- Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner.
- Ensure the safety and security of all customers and team members.
- Comply with all policies and procedures established by Bally's KC and department management.
- Other duties as assigned or any reasonable request from any member of management.
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Some experience in cashiering or cash handling and counting is strongly preferred.
- Must obtain Missouri Gaming Commission occupational license.
- Appropriate use of office equipment, including personal computer, telephone with voice mail system, 10-key calculator, and copy machine.
- Appropriate use and maintenance of equipment and machinery used for transporting and counting funds.
- Must be able to work any assigned shift, including late nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
- Read, write, and understand simple instructions.
- Communicate appropriately with all casino guests, casino departments, and fellow team members.
- Understand and adhere to all Missouri Gaming Commission regulations and any other applicable federal, state, and/or local regulations.
- Accurately perform all assigned job duties in a high-volume, fast-paced environment under frequent time pressures.
