Vehicle Processor-Gate

As the first and last point of contact for vehicles entering and exiting the auction, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly, all while delivering excellent customer service and safeguarding consignor assets.

• Accurately check vehicles in and out using a handheld scanner
• Verify VIN numbers and complete vehicle inspections
• Secure inoperable vehicles and assist with lot organization
• Authorize gate passes and ensure proper vehicle release
• Walk the lot, provide lot security, and support sales operations
• Provide top-notch customer service to dealers, transporters, and team members

Requires the ability to withstand long hours during which standing or walking is essential.

The employee is required regularly to stand, walk, stoop, kneel or crouch, climb up on large vehicles.
