Overview

Maintain high standards of maintenance and cleanliness for all facilities, parking lot, administrative offices, and casino in accordance with company policies.

• Provide a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude toward all external and internal customers.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks, deep cleaning tasks, and special cleaning projects as assigned.
• Clean slot machines, floors, windows, walls, stairs, elevators, and all areas of the casino.
• Vacuum floors, mop, clean restrooms, and remove trash and debris, including emptying outer dumpsters.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely in accordance with manufacturer instructions.
• Answer all calls promptly and professionally.
• Participate in routine drills and comply with all policies and procedures set by Bally’s Kansas City and department management.
• Ensure the safety and security of all customers and team members.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Some experience in cleaning public buildings and/or facilities is preferred.
• Must obtain Missouri Gaming Commission occupational license.
• Safe and appropriate use of housekeeping and maintenance equipment (vacuum, carpet cleaner, buffer, ladder, lift, hand tools, shop vac, bucket truck, forklift, safety equipment).
• Proficient use of cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment; use of two‑way radio.
• Ability to work any assigned shift, including late nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Read, write, and understand simple instructions and building plans in English.
• Communicate appropriately in English with all casino customers, departments, and team members.
• Understand and adhere to all Missouri Gaming Commission regulations and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Accurately perform all assigned job duties in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment under frequent time pressures.
