The Coordinator of Events will support the planning, coordination, and execution of events across CPKC Stadium, Current Landing, and the Kansas City Current Sports Complex, while serving as the lead event manager for assigned events. This role will work closely with the Director of Event Management, Manager of Events (Current Landing), Manager of Private Events, and Coordinator of Events at the Sports Complex to support NWSL match days, private events, district activations, community programming, and internal organizational events.

Based on event needs and team workload, the coordinator will manage assigned events from planning through execution and/or serve as the day-of event manager. The Coordinator will coordinate event logistics and internal requests, maintain operational documentation, and schedule Event Operations Assistants to support event delivery across club facilities. This position requires initiative, the ability to work independently and follow through on tasks, and strong collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure events are properly staffed and prepared for successful execution.

• Support the Event Management team in the planning, coordination, and execution of events across CPKC Stadium, Current Landing, and the Kansas City Current Sports Complex, including match days, private events, district activations, internal organizational events, and tournaments and other special events at the Sports Complex.
