Miller Management is hiring a part-time payroll specialist to service our growing non-profit client base. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a problem solver, with excellent customer service skills and a passion for serving others. Our mission is to provide expertise that brings clarity to finances, enabling leadership to make confident decisions.

Skills Summary
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of payroll processing experience
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and pressure
- Flexible and adaptable attitude
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong written and oral communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- College degree
- Experience with churches and/or nonprofits
Primary Responsibilities
- Processing high-volume payroll accurately in a team environment
- Payroll tax processing
- Processing quarterly 941s
- Year-end W-2 processing
- Assisting team members as needed
- Other duties as assigned
