The Retirement Plan Consulting team guides organizations through the complexities of designing and managing corporate retirement plans. We offer end-to-end services—including plan design, compliance, and investment consulting—tailored to each client's needs. By leveraging deep expertise, we help attract and retain talent while supporting fiduciary and ERISA responsibilities.

• Review plan census information to determine eligibility and calculate vesting
• Review Plan Document provisions to ensure the Plan is operating accordingly
• Analyze annual compliance exams for non-discrimination, coverage and other issues
• Assist with the review and processing of participant distribution and loan requests
• Prepare various governmental filings and notices to Plan Sponsors and participants

• Bachelor's Degree
• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1+ years of relevant professional experience in retirement plan administration or accounting
• Current and valid professional business credential(s), including but not limited to: QKA (Qualified 401(k) Administrator), QPA (Qualified Pension Administrator), CPC (Certified Pension Consultant) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
