Loan Servicing Specialist II; Hybrid

Responsibilities

Associate will be responsible for the post closing review of commercial loans including Commercial and Commercial Real Estate loans ranging from small business to large complex commercial loans including participations, syndications, construction, practice, agricultural, aircraft, energy, bonds, capital markets and other specialty lending. Job duties include but are not limited to Comprehensive review of loan documentation for accuracy and completeness including internally prepared documents and attorney documents;
Determine loan documents conformance with approval, regulation, established policies and procedures;
Interpret business organization documents;
Independently identify exceptions during the review process and load to exception system;
Research and resolve exceptions with the goal to remove exception;
Management of Bank’s collateral in vendor platform;
Handle inquiries from internal business partners;
Act as a resource sharing knowledge and expertise with members of the department;
Communicate with loan officers, internal business partners, third parties, etc.;
Track receipt of incoming original documents; and other duties as assigned.

• Must have 3 years of loan experience (consumer or commercial)

• Ability to read and comprehend complex loan approval
• Ability to read and comprehend Bank’s Loan Policy
• Knowledge of loan documentation and loan structure
• Familiarity with loan compliance and regulation
• Knowledge of lien perfection and insurance monitoring to include flood, property & liability
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
• Good verbal and written communication skills
