Salary $200,000 - $450,000 per year

• Oversee 100% review of tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Provide strategic tax planning and consulting to a diverse client base, including corporations, partnerships, and businesses.
• Manage client relationships, deliver excellent client service, and expand our client base through business development activities.
• Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations and conduct tax research to provide insightful tax advice to clients.
• Lead and manage the tax team, providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
• Collaborate with other partners to identify opportunities for new business and growth.
• Ensure the firm's tax accounting practices are in line with industry standards and regulations.
• Assist clients with tax compliance, tax preparation, and other tax-related issues.
• Develop and implement effective business tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize client profits.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior tax role, preferably in a public accounting or consulting firm.
• Proven track record in business development and client management.
• Extensive knowledge of tax accounting, tax law, and tax compliance.
• Proficiency in tax preparation and review of tax returns.
• Strong experience in tax advisory, business tax planning, and tax consulting.
• Excellent tax research skills and ability to stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or other relevant professional tax certification is required.
