• Support the Deputy BSA Officer in administering the bank’s BSA compliance program
• Review and investigate BSA, Fraud, and Watchlist alerts
• Prepare and review SARs, CTRs, and other regulatory reports
• Perform enhanced due diligence on higher risk customers and accounts
• Identify and escalate suspicious activity appropriately
• Act as a liaison between nbkc bank and our fintech programs
• Monitor daily and monthly reports for unusual or suspicious activity
• Document investigations in accordance with regulatory record‑keeping requirements
• Participate in data validation, transaction testing, and process improvement efforts
• Collaborate with teammates to reduce risk and strengthen controls

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
• 2 or more years of experience in a financial institution, with BSA or AML experience preferred
• Working knowledge of BSA, AML, OFAC, CIP, and related regulations
• Experience using AML monitoring systems and transaction review tools
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and documentation skills
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Fintech experience is a plus
