Compensation Range: Hourly: $23.20 - $30.75 based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.

About This Job: The main purpose of this job is to coordinate and provide processing of backup during periods of high volume and staff absences for various functions of higher complexity.
Essential Functions- Process all daily wealth accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform end‑of‑day balancing routines, publish projected cash for final balancing daily as needed, and monitor and post entries.
- Assist internal customers with processing questions as needed.
- Research and clear reconciliation outages.
- Assist department leadership to ensure processes and audits are completed timely and accurately.
- Serve as a backup during periods of high volume and/or staffing deficiencies.
- Train and develop team members in the assigned area of procedures and the knowledge behind the procedures.
- Learn tasks independently using a wide variety of systems and procedures.
- Perform analysis on department data to identify trends and root causes to enhance the overall client experience.
- Independently assist department leadership with reporting as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Intermediate knowledge of banking industry and wealth management operations, including best practices and regulations of reconciliations.
- Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills with the ability to solve challenging issues and make decisions.
- Ability to train team members on department processes.
- Ability to think strategically with a growth mindset and look for ways to streamline processes for efficiency.
- Motivated and organized self‑starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow aligned with our culture and core values.
- Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- 2+ years financial services industry‑related experience required.
- Level of role is determined by knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, and education.
