This is a full-time on-site position for a Financial Representative located in Kansas City, MO. The Financial Representative will be responsible for offering tailored financial solutions to clients, including financial planning, retirement planning, insurance, and investment options. Daily tasks will involve meeting with clients to assess their financial needs, developing strategies to achieve their goals, providing expert advice on insurance and investment opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Additionally, the role emphasizes a commitment to supporting local communities through service initiatives.

• Proficiency in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to help individuals and families achieve financial security.
• Knowledge and experience in Insurance, Finance, and Investments to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships and explain financial concepts effectively.
• Commitment to community involvement and service-oriented initiatives.
• Relevant certifications or licenses in finance, insurance, or investment services are an advantage.
• A bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is preferred but not required.
