- 1. Oversee all financial operations including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
- 2. Direct and coordinate company financial planning and budget management functions, ensuring compliance with all regulatory bodies.
- 3. Develop, implement and maintain comprehensive financial strategies, plans, and forecasts.
- 4. Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and dashboards to the Board of Directors and other stakeholders.
- 5. Perform regular bank reconciliations and manage cash flow effectively.
- 6. Drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks.
- 7. Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines.
- 8. Align financial policies and procedures with company objectives.
- 9. Lead the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- 10. Participate in corporate policy development as a member of the senior management team.
- 1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
- 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position, with a proven track record of success.
- 3. Extense knowledge and experience in wholesale distribution, e-commerce, import/export, consumer goods, and consumer electronics.
- 4. Proficiency in analyzing financial data and creating and presenting financial statements, reports, and dashboards.
- 5. Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting and cost control principles, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- 6. Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results.
- 7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
- 8. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results‑orientation.
- 9. Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software.
- 10. CPA or other relevant qualification is a plus.
