At Lakewood Orthopedic Clinic, we believe in making every patient experience smooth, welcoming, and stress-free. As a Clinic Patient Access and Scheduling Rep
, you'll be the go-to person for scheduling appointments, handling check-ins and check-outs, and keeping everything running on schedule.
- Serve as the friendly first point of contact—greet patients, answer questions, and set the tone for a great visit
- Schedule appointments efficiently to keep clinic operations running smoothly
- Verify insurance, collect co-pays, and ensure financial information is accurate
- Maintain organized and up-to-date patient records
- Assist patients with resources such as financial assistance, referrals, and insurance options
- Partner with clinic staff to support daily operations

- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Customer service experience (healthcare experience is a plus)
- Strong communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and providers
