As a
** Mental Health Technician
** on our
** overnight shift
** team, you will help ensure the smooth operation of our residential care facility during the night. While your focus will primarily be on
** administrative tasks and facility preparation**, you’ll also provide essential support for residents. Your responsibilities will include:
** Administrative Duties:
** Complete nightly documentation, including billing, shift reports, and updates to resident records, to prepare for the daytime staff.

** Qualifications
* * We are looking for passionate, dedicated individuals who meet the following
** minimum qualifications
** and can contribute to a supportive environment for our residents:

* Minimum Requirements:

**
* Education:

** High school diploma or equivalent (
* no college degree required*).
* ** Driver’s License:
** Obtain a valid Class E Missouri or Kansas driver’s license. Must be comfortable and competent operating a 15-passenger van within 6 months of employment and obey all traffic laws while on duty.
* ** Family Care Registry Clearance:
** Successfully clear the Family Care Registry background check.
* ** Training:
** Complete all required training as outlined during orientation and by leadership within established timelines for continued employment.

Experience:

** Preference for candidates with documented experience assisting patients with activities of daily living (e.g. home health or residential experience).
* ** Mental Health

Experience:

** Prior experience in a mental health care setting is highly valued.
