• Customize massage services for each guest
• Perform service enhancements using Hot Stones, Cupping, CBD, and Aromatherapy
• Promote the therapeutic/wellness benefits of massage therapy
• Train and mentor massage therapist on protocols and service enhancements
• Lead the massage and skincare team toward the achievement of Retreat goals
• Build relationships with your guests to help them meet their self-care goals
• Support onboarding new massage therapists in the Retreat
• Set the standard for high-quality therapy and guest service through ongoing training and support of massage and skincare therapists
• Uphold all Massage Heights standards of practice, policies, procedures, and protocols through training and professional behavior
• Communication liaison between back-of-house staff and management

• Current state license to perform massage therapy
• Active liability insurance for massage therapy is required
• Pass background checks
• Capable of effectively performing full-body 50-minute massage services
• Capable of training and mentoring individuals
• Excellent at guest communication
• Proven leadership skills
