You’ll be supported every step of the way by a local, hands‑on team and a nurse case manager who’s always just a call away. Our goal is to help you grow, not throw you into the deep end.

• Dependable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Basic phone and email skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• CPR certification and TB test (can be completed within 90 days of hire)

• Provide companionship, light housekeeping, and personal care assistance
• Support clients with daily routines, mobility, and errands
• Communicate with the RNS team about client needs or changes
• Maintain a professional and caring attitude at all times
