The Clinical Pharmacist provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care for patients, ensuring safe, effective, and cost-conscious drug therapy. Must demonstrate excellent interdisciplinary communication and exhibit strong educational and precepting abilities.
Responsibilities and Essential Job FunctionsEducation and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
Education and Experience
- Postgraduate training (PGY-1 and/or PGY-2 residency)
- ACLS, PALS, NRP, BLS certifications
- Licensed Pharmacist - State Board of Pharmacy
- Board Certification in area of specialty
