- Manage and promote Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
- Execute territory sales strategies to achieve objectives through in-person and virtual communications.
- Identify and address territory-specific opportunities and barriers to product success.
- Collaborate with internal teams including managed care, marketing, and medical communications.
- BS/BA degree in science or related field AND minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical or related sales experience.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory environments and proven track record of meeting sales objectives.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong sales and account management disposition.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record, as frequent driving is required.
- Master's degree in science or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales.
- Familiarity with , Oracle database, and other business intelligence tools.
- Proven ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams.
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a results-oriented mindset.
