*** Crittenton Children's Center is currently seeking a part time Intake Assistant!***## ##
** Job Description**## The Intake Assistant manages admissions process for all hospital and residential admissions.## * ## 10am-10pm Saturday and Sunday. Possibility of additional daytime hours during the week. Some minor holiday work required* ## Triages phone calls from hospitals seeking transfers and community members,* ## Tracks bed availability* ## Schedules admissions* ## Coordinates transfer process from other hospitals* ## Prepares consents for admission* ## Completes registration process in medical records system, enters data tracked by department in spreadsheet* ## Coordinates mobile response work* ## Supports intake clinicians* ## Must have at least one year of related experience  ## Bachelors degree in a related field (psychology, social work, counseling)* ## We believe in work/life balance* ## We are dedicated to innovation and always looking for ways to improve* ## We believe in creating a collaborative environment where all voices are heard* ## We are here for you and will support you in achieving your goals#
