Job Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Registered Dietitian or Licensed Dietitian. Master's degree preferred.
- Food Handler’s Permit.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with little or no supervision.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks well.
- Basic understanding of normal and therapeutic diets and food safety.
- Basic computer skills.
- Experience working with a licensed dietitian, preferred.
- Complete nutrition assessments on all residents upon admission, readmission, annually, high risk and change of condition.
- Make appropriate recommendations to enhance nutritional status.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to provide optimal nutrition care.
