Travel RN - ICU

American Traveler is seeking a seasoned RN for a Burn ICU travel assignment with night shifts and specialized certification requirements.

Job Details

• Position is in the Burn ICU within a hospital setting,

• Night shift schedule, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM,

• Assignment length is 13 weeks,

• Works exclusively with burn patient population in an intensive care environment,

Job Requirements

• Active MO or compact RN license required,

• Minimum of 1 year recent ICU or burn ICU nursing experience,

• Must provide two professional references if licensed in Missouri, otherwise one reference,

• Current certifications: BLS and ACLS from AHA or ARC required,

• NIH Stroke Certification required,

• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months,

• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration,

• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility; local candidates not accepted,

Additional Information

• Provide specialized care to critically ill burn patients as part of an ICU team,

• Required to wear appropriate hospital scrubs as per unit policy,

• Holiday and weekend shifts may be required depending on assignment needs,

• First-time travelers are eligible to apply,
